Global Stampers - November 2016

Two of the Global Stampers live in Australia and New Zealand. This means they are not really into snow flakes and other "normal", for us Northern Hemisphere folk, snow based Christmas images this time of year, because they are going into their summer.

Because is this, we decided that this month our blog share would have a colour theme. That way people can choose to make it Christmassy or not.

The colours that we decided on are these:

You can use these colours for so many different projects. Although I used the Frosted Medallion stamp set from the 2016 Autumn/Winter Catalogue you could send this card for a number of occasions.

I'm thinking Christmas, Wedding, Silver Wedding Anniversary, winter Birthday to name but a few.

The card base is made from Tempting Turquoise cardstock. The larger medallion is stamped onto the Whisper White in Tempting Turquoise too although I did stamp off (onto a piece of scrap paper) first to give it a lighter hue.

The smaller medallion was stamped in Smoky Slate that had been stamped off too.

The Whisper White stamped layer is sitting on a piece of Silver Glimmer Paper which has been cut to the same size (7.5 cm x 12.9 cm).

The very glittery silver ribbon is part of a pack of two. The other colour being Blushing Bride.

I hope you like my project, and here's a sneak peek of the others. If you want to find out more information, you can click on each photo to visit the appropriate blog.

Alicia

Alicia has used the fabulous Happy Hearts Embossing Folder but has used the de-bossed side so that the hearts are indented. I really like this look.

Ann - taking a break for a couple of months and is currently on holiday in India.

Robbie

Robbie has used the Twinkle Trees stamp set. I love the panel she has used to highlight the tree.

Valérie

Valérie used images from the Cozy Critters Hostess Stamp Set, including the really cute fox. Both the fox and hat images that she used have coordinating punches so no fussy cutting needed.

As always, please feel free to leave a comment and don't forget that the Online Extravaganza ends at 10.50 pm (GMT) on 28 November. There is also a flash sale running on 28 November too.

  1. I love the simplicity of your project but somehow it still manages to have such a huge impact! Must be all the sparkly silver! :)
